Does EDP provide technical support?

Yes, technical support is included with all our service plans.

What are the support hours?

The hours for routine support are during EDP’s normal office hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PT, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Emergency support for restorations is available 24x7x365.
